Can I receive payment for my car by cheque?

Car-Ching® is happy to pay by bank transfer or cheque.

Can I receive the payment for my car on the same day?

Car-Ching® offers an express payment service with same day bank transfer for a fee of £40. Alternatively, we can issue a cheque at the end of your valuation appointment at no additional cost.

Does the car have to be in my name before I can sell it?

Under ordinary circumstances we need the car to be registered to you, but we are happy to buy cars in the name of a business or a car bequest to you. Contact us to discuss details.

How do I receive payment for my car?

Car-Ching® is happy to pay you by bank transfer or cheque.

How long does it take for the payment for my car to be in my account?

When we transfer the funds by bank transfer, they will be available in your account in 4 days. For a fee of £40 we offer an express service which gives you access to the funds same day. Alternatively, we can issue you a cheque at the end of your appointment.

I can’t make an appointment between 9-6.30, can I arrange another time?

Car-Ching® is happy to make appointments to suit you. Contact us to arrange a convenient time.

Will you buy a car that does not run?

Car-Ching® is happy to buy non-runners. Call us to discuss a visit.

Will you buy a car that is crash repaired?

Car-Ching® is happy to buy crash repaired cars. Contact us to discuss the details.

Will you buy a Category C or D write off?

Car-Ching® is happy to buy Category C and D write offs. Contact us to discuss the details.

Will you buy my car with a private plate?

Car-Ching® is happy to buy a car with Private Plates.

Can you arrange transport home for me?

Once you’ve sold your car to Car-Ching®, you’ll need some way to get home! If you live in the local area we can arrange a lift home for you; if you live further afield we’re happy to arrange a taxi to get you home.
